Roberto Lazzarone
Biography
Roberto specializes in domestic and international taxation and, in particular, international tax advice and planning for multinational clients. He has a wide experience assisting corporate and private equity clients in structuring both cross-border and domestic M&A deals.
During his professional experience Roberto has been a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on domestic and international tax matters.
Practice Focus
Roberto advises clients - both corporates and PE houses - in structuring a variety of deals around the "capital agenda".
His main focus is the structuring of inbound and outbound cross-border acquisitions but also assets divestments, debt refinancing and restructuring.
Roberto has accumulated experience in assisting clients in group reorganizations - either domestic and cross border - as well as supply in tax effective supply chain management. As to his industry experience, he has worked for clients in various industries like telecom, energy, infrastructures, RE as well in the wide sector of "industrial products".
