Dr. Eileen Kramer
Biography
Eileen Kramer is an associate in the Employment Law Practice Group at Baker McKenzie's Berlin office. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, including placements at a large international German law firm, a boutique law firm in Berlin, and with the Governing Mayor of Berlin. Eileen passed her second state examination in 2025. Prior to that, she worked at the Chair of Private International Law at Free University of Berlin, where she earned her doctorate in anti-discrimination law. She also lectured on comparative law at Free University of Berlin for several years. Eileen studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, focusing on private international law and comparative law, and passed her first state examination there in 2020.
Practice Focus
Eileen advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. This specifically covers dismissals and employment contract drafting. She also advises companies on restructuring and works council issues. She represents clients in labor court proceedings throughout Germany.
