Biography

Khrystyna Knygynytska is a tax associate with Middle East tax team. She has more than 10 years of experience at Baker McKenzie across different markets and sectors. Khrystyna has significant experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax & withholding tax, tax controversy and litigation.

Practice Focus

Khrystyna’s practice includes advising on a wide range of transfer pricing issues, including compliance, documentation, audit support, and dispute resolution. She also provides guidance on the tax implications of clients' transactions, structures, and arrangements from the perspective of domestic law, international treaties, and international developments.

Khrystyna's experience extends to assessing permanent establishment risks and advising on tax implications arising from existing permanent establishments. She analyzes companies' and groups' structures to identify tax risks and suggests ways to mitigate them. Her practice also involves supporting clients during tax audits and disputes. Additionally, she assists with and coordinates corporate structuring and restructuring projects for multinational clients across various jurisdictions.
