Biography
Sandra Kerschhofer is an associate and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group at Baker McKenzie in Vienna. She joined the Firm in March 2026.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sandra worked at a leading international law firm, an Austrian law firm and one of the leading financial institutions in Austria, where she advised on antitrust and competition law, sanctions and export controls, compliance and corporate law. Sandra studied law at the University of Vienna and obtained further professional experience as a judicial law clerk.

Practice Focus
Sandra advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of EU and Austrian antitrust and competition law, including multinational merger control, foreign direct investment control, abuse of dominance, dawn raids, cartel investigations and related litigation.
She is focused on sanctions and export control as well as on compliance matters. Sandra further advises clients on energy law matters and represents clients in proceedings before authorities.
