Klara Kastner
Biography
Klara Kastner is an associate in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group at Baker McKenzie in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm, she completed her legal clerkship at various courts in Austria and worked as a legal intern at a renowned international law firm in Vienna and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in New York. She studied law and business administration at the University of Graz and gained valuable experience during her semester abroad at the University of Exeter.

Klara advises domestic and international clients on corporate reorganizations and corporate transactions as well as on general corporate matters.
