Biography

Martin Hrodek heads the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at the Firm’s Prague office. He is consistently ranked as a leading dispute lawyer in the Czech Republic by Chambers & Partners. In addition to his practice, Mr. Hrodek authored a section on Czech merger control regulations in The Global Merger Notification Handbook and has published several articles on the rights of minority shareholders and dispute resolution in major Czech periodicals, including Hosdoparske noviny and Ekonom.

Practice Focus

Mr. Hrodek works on litigation and arbitration matters, particularly those related to mergers and acquisitions. He also advises industry clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including private equity, divestitures and private competition claims.

  • Acted for CSOB in connection with acquisition of an insurance company and two pension funds.
