Biography
Andrea Michelle Hernández González is a junior associate in the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group at Baker McKenzie’s Guadalajara office. She joined the firm as a summer intern in 2024 and subsequently continued her career focusing on customs, international trade, and regulatory compliance matters.
Her practice includes advising clients on foreign trade and customs matters, including compliance strategies, customs audits, and regulatory procedures. She has participated in regulatory analysis, legal research, and drafting of legal documents, supporting advisory and compliance projects.

Her experience includes participation in compliance and advisory projects, as well as supporting the preparation of legal analyses and documentation in customs and regulatory matters. She also has participated in trade-related advisory work as part of a professional practice program during her legal studies, collaborating with the National Chamber of the Tequila Industry (CNIT) in regulatory monitoring analysis.

Participated in a human rights consulting project with the Human Rights Directorate of Zapopan in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2026 at ITESO University.
