David Gutierrez
Biography
David Gutierrez is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Chicago office. During law school, David served as an executive board member of the Northwestern Latino Law Students Association and PODER, a student organization whose purpose is to advocate for immigrants' rights. David also served as an associate editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy.
Practice Focus
David advises clients on various corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
