Rocío Gonzalez
Biography
Specialist in the field of corporate restructuring and insolvency situations, Rocío has developed her professional practice within leading national and international law firms . During her career, her experience has been focused on advising and defending the interests of companies in situations of economic difficulties as well as creditors and investors affected by these situations. She has worked in more than 500 insolvency proceedings during her career.
Rocío is also a lecturer of insolvency practice in the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, since 2014 and also lectured in the Master's Degree in International Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Practice Focus
Rocío focuses on restructuring and insolvency, specifically bankruptcy and pre bankruptcy, debt refinancing agreements.
She regularly assists in filing and defense of all types of actions of challenge, reinstatement and liability, as well as procedures for the acquisition and sale of production units.
