Justin James A. Gacula is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Tax Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate in a prominent legal practice known for its comprehensive legal services and strong presence in Davao City, Philippines.
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2022.
Practice Focus
James has worked on general tax planning and taxation for commercial transactions, tax controversy and litigation, VAT/indirect tax and other tax-related matters for domestic and international clients. He is experienced in handling civil and criminal litigation, including environmental cases.
