Jasmine Elmasry is an associate in Baker McKenzie's International Commercial and Trade Practice Group, based in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.
Practice Focus
Jasmine advises clients on inbound and outbound international trade matters, with a focus on customs compliance.
Jasmine advises clients on all aspects of import declarations, including harmonized tariff classification, valuation, country of origin determination and marking, and the use of duty-reducing programs such as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). She has experience representing clients on specific shipments before the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), customs prior disclosures, ruling requests, protests, and enforcement actions before CBP.
