Marco Eilers
Biography
Prior to joining the Firm, Marco was Regional Finance Director in a management consultancy firm for almost three years, where he was in charge of all controlling and accounting teams and activities in seven countries. He has extensive experience in optimizing finance processes and managing M&A projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as an auditor in Big 4 firms in Germany, China and the United States for 18 years. Marco lead audit engagements of listed and medium-sized, international and German companies of different industries.
Marco heads the finance and back office teams of Baker McKenzie in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Vienna. He is responsible for the organization and administration of all non-legal areas, as well as all financial aspects of the German and Austrian offices.
