Biography
Frieso Eilers is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Baker McKenzie. He studied law in Frankfurt and Paris and graduated in 2021. During his legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt, he worked as a research assistant in the Frankfurt office of Baker McKenzie and, subsequently, as a trainee lawyer with another leading European law firm as well as with the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin.
Practice Focus
Frieso advises banks, investors and borrowers on all aspects of banking and finance law, in particular on national and international financing transactions in the areas of acquisition finance, real estate finance and syndicated lending as well as matters of general banking law.
