Dr. Ferenc Dávid

Ferenc is a senior associate in the corporate and M&A practice group of the Firm's Budapest office, with over a decade of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

His practice spans the full deal lifecycle across share and asset acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs, spin-offs, and corporate reorganisations, with sector expertise in automotive, healthcare, technology, agriculture, and energy. Ferenc also advises on the employment aspects of transactions, including employee transfers and executive contracts.

Alongside his transactional work, he supports clients on a broad range of general corporate and day-to-day employment matters, from company formations, corporate governance, ongoing employment advisory work through to de-registration.
