Floriane joined the Tech & Data practice group of Baker McKenzie in March 2025.
Prior to joining, Floriane spent 8 years as an Associate at an internationally renowned American law firm in Paris.
Practice Focus
Floriane Cruchet is a senior associate in the Tech & Data Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris. She focuses on information technology and communication, data protection and litigation.
Floriane assists clients on regulatory compliance, control and sanction procedures before regulators (such as the French data protection authority (CNIL)), data breaches and security incidents, IT contracts, and litigation strategy. She also assists clients in the context of M&A operations. She mainly advises international clients, but also European and French clients, operating in various industries (e.g. internet and telecommunications, retail, energy, construction, banking and insurance, health sector).
