Biography

Nicolas Clément is a counsel in the M&A and Corporate Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office. He has over ten years of experience in private banking, corporate reorganizations, private equity and restructurings. Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, Nicolas worked for a renowned private bank and a law firm for an aggregate period of approximately six years.

Practice Focus

Nicolas focuses his practice mainly on corporate law, and he routinely works for private equity and infrastructure funds. He advises mostly multinationals but also local clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, management incentive plans, restructurings and private equity matters.
