Pamela Church chairs the Firm's North American Intellectual Property Practice and heads the Intellectual Property Practice Group in New York. She serves on the Steering Committees of the Firm's Global Intellectual Property Practice Group as well as the Firm's Consumer Goods and Retail Industry Group. She has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing transactions involving the acquisition, development, exploitation and sale of IP rights, including mergers and acquisitions, licenses, joint ventures, strategic alliances, research and development collaborations, digital publishing, e-commerce, outsourcing and corporate finance transactions. She has been consistently recognized as a leader in Intellectual Property by Legal 500 USA and Chambers USA. Managing Intellectual Property has recognized her as an "IP Star" since 2013. Also in 2019, World Trademark Review recognized Pam with gold band ranking, and she was honored as the exclusive winner of the 2019 Client Choice IP – Trademarks award for New York.

Represented global live marketing leader MCH Group AG in its acquisition of MC2, a recognized leader in the event marketing industry in the US.
Represented Scholastic on intellectual property issues in its sale of its educational technology business to Houghton Mifflin and in other M&A transactions.
Advised Stora Enso, a global leader in renewable solutions in its technology development license and agreement with specialty chemical company Rennovia, Inc. relating to bio-based chemical development.
Represented McCormick on contracts relating to the development of its digital fingerprint platform and service Flavor Print which matches foods and recipes with a person's individual flavor profile.
Represented Marshall Cavendish Corporation in its sale of its children's books imprint to Amazon Publishing.
Advised SK Telecom on intellectual property matters in connection with the combination of its majority owned US MVNO venture Helio LLC with Virgin Mobile USA LP.
Advises global lighting solutions leader Lumileds on its global trademarks and designs portfolio.
