Andrés Castaño is an associate in the Baker McKenzie office in Bogota. He is an attorney specializing in Criminal Procedural Law and Constitutional Justice and Human Rights. Andrés has built his career within the Colombian Judicial Branch, contributing to the modernization and efficiency of judicial management through the drafting of decisions, the implementation of technological tools, and legal analysis focused on the protection of fundamental rights.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Andrés served as Judicial Clerk, Senior Officer, Legal Assistant, and Judicial Assistant in various courts handling guarantees, trial, and sentence enforcement.
