Matt Bratovich
Biography
Matt is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Global Corporate and Securities Practice Group and is based in the Firm's New York office. While in law school, Matt served on the Editorial Board of the Texas International Law Journal as an Executive Editor and studied international law at Queen Mary University of London.

Matt focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial real estate matters.
