Ilse Bosman

Ilse focuses on Transactional Tax and Cross‑border Tax Advisory, advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and complex corporate restructurings. She supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including pre- and post-completion structuring, tax due diligence and negotiation of tax provisions in transaction documentation. Her practice serves multinational corporates and private equity‑backed groups across sectors such as technology, industrials and consumer products. Ilse regularly acts as lead adviser on high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional transactions, coordinating international Baker McKenzie teams on complex and time‑critical deals.

Ilse has registered tax law as principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on that registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in tax law, in accordance with the standards set by the Dutch Bar.

• Advised Sunoco LP on the acquisition of several liquid fuels terminals in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Bantry Bay, Ireland from Zenith Energy Netherlands B.V.
• Advised Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. (now Moltiply Group S.p.A.) on the acquisition of Pricewise B.V. and the subsequent re‑sale of a minority stake.
• Assisted CR Group and its equity investors on the acquisition of Fox‑Crypto, a provider of cybersecurity solutions.
• Advised Bullhorn on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Textkernel Group.
• Advised Safe Life AB on the acquisition of Medisol B.V., a distributor of AEDs and emergency medical equipment.
• Advised Proclinic Group (Miura Partners) on the acquisition of Dentalair Group B.V., a supplier of dental equipment and services.
• Advised Wipro on the acquisition of Applied Value Technologies.
• Advised Novonesis on its EUR 1.5 billion acquisition of dsm‑firmenich’s share of the Feed Enzyme Alliance.
• Assisted CSL Behring LLC on its strategic collaboration with VarmX.
• Assisted Viva Wine Group with its uplisting to Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Advised ServiceNow on its acquisition of Pyramid Analytics, a provider of a unified, AI-powered business analytics, data science, and data preparation platform.
• Advised Elanco Animal Health, a global leader in animal health, on the acquisition of AHV International, Netherlands-based specialist in innovative animal health solutions.
• Advised Betsson AB on the acquisition of parts of Thino Entertainment Group’s business.
• Advised Meili Holding, a manufacturer of springs for the automotive industry, on the acquisition of the ACPS Group.
• Advised Adyen, global financial technology platform and bank, on the tax aspects of the acquisition of Talon.One, a leading loyalty and incentives platform, for a total consideration of EUR 750 million.
