Biography

Ege Berber is a senior associate in the North America Tax Practice Group in the Chicago office. Prior to joining the Firm, Ege was an international tax advisor with a Big Four accounting firm in their national office in Washington, DC. Ege has co-authored articles on a range of international tax matters and was a US branch reporter for the 2023 IFA conference.

Practice Focus

Ege advises clients on a wide range of US federal income tax matters, including cross-border tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and income tax treaty issues.
