Biography
Susanna is Of Counsel in Baker McKenzie's Private Equity and Funds group. Susanna advises clients on a broad range of investments, shareholders arrangements and private M&A transactions, with a focus on infrastructure and energy deals.
Susanna is also a member of the Alternative Capital practice and advises founders, family offices and sovereign wealth on a range of investment and structuring solutions.
Susanna's clients include private equity sponsors, family offices, portfolio businesses and corporates.

Private Equity and M&A Transactions

Advising Axium Infrastructure on its European fund formation and first two portfolio acquisitions;

Advising Tradeshift, Inc., on a major equity recapitalisation, debt restructuring and USD 70 million fintech JV with HSBC Bank UK PLC;

Advising a landscaping and green space maintenance provider backed by Core Equity on a number of European consolidation acquisitions;

Advising an entity controlled by the Reuben Brothers on the acquisition of the Admiralty Arch building in central London;

Advising InterGlobe Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, an Indian aviation, hotel and travel conglomerate on the buy-out of their joint venture partner and hotel operator in Europe.

Advising Afendis Capital Partners in connection with two portfolio acquisitions in Spain and in Italy in consortium with a fund managed by Davidson Kempner.
