Kristína Bartošková is a member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, International Commercial & Trade and Employment & Labor practice groups. She advises clients in relation to litigation and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a range of labor and immigration law issues.
Ms. Bartošková has participated in several significant business and civic-legal disputes before Czech and Slovak courts, as well as international arbitration courts. She also advises with respect to Czech and Slovak criminal law matters. She is experienced in corporate and commercial law, particularly on general contractual matters and corporate governance, and has participated in several due diligence investigations. Furthermore, Ms. Bartošková advises on labor and immigration law issues under Czech and Slovak law, including drafting and advising on various types of employment documentation; organizational changes and restructuring; dismissals and collective redundancies; trade union and work council matters; discrimination and harassment; health and safety regulations, non-compete issues and other labor matters.
