Jeff has more than two decades of experience advising startups, emerging growth and public companies, compensation committees, and executives on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His practice spans executive employment arrangements, employee stock options, and other equity compensation, as well as compensation-related issues arising in early-stage financings, IPOs, M&A transactions, liquidity events, strategic exits, and public company governance. He also advises on global compliance, employee mobility, tax and securities matters, with significant experience managing compensation issues for clients with a global workforce.
