Jeff Goldman
Biography
Jeff Goldman is a partner with extensive experience in compensation and benefits matters, and a proven track record of success. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Jeff worked at two international law firms, both headquartered in Silicon Valley.
Prior to law school, Jeff worked in public relations and marketing in Boston and the Bay Area.
Practice Focus
Jeff is adept at handling a wide range of executive compensation matters for both private and public companies at all stages of growth, with a focus on transactional lifecycle events, including mergers and acquisitions, but also including capital-raising activities such as initial public offerings and similar transactions.
He has a deep understanding of the complexities of compensation and benefits law, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. Jeff's counsel straddles the intersection of corporate, tax, securities and accounting laws, rules and regulations.
