Baker McKenzie advised Gruppo Roca, a Spanish multinational group active in the design, production and marketing of bathroom furnishings, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Antonio Lupi Design S.p.A., a leading Tuscan manufacturing company in the design and production of high-end bathroom furniture.
