Baker McKenzie advises UBS-led bank syndicate on financing of Merbag Group

Baker McKenzie advised UBS Switzerland AG and a syndicate of Swiss banks on the conclusion of a syndicated credit facility agreement for Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG (“Merbag”). The proceeds of the facility will be used to partially finance Merbag’s expansion.

Baker McKenzie advised the lenders on all Swiss and German legal and tax matters of this deal.
