We have standard Baker McKenzie terms of business agreed with our Preferred Suppliers and also an agreed process, which includes taking instructions solely from a member of the Baker McKenzie Recruitment team and submitting CVs via our ATS.
Given these Preferred Supplier relationships, we do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs / profiles submitted to Baker McKenzie. We will not be liable to pay any fee for CVs or profiles submitted directly to any Partners or Baker McKenzie employees.
Where recruitment agencies or head-hunters do not comply with our Agency Policy, Baker McKenzie reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and no agency fee will be payable.
Failure to observe the above and submission of any unsolicited CVs and/or profiles will constitute full acceptance of this Agency Policy.
