Strong requirements elicitation and documentation are essential to efficiently and swiftly integrate data into cloud and on premise solutions. The use of data models, data mapping, data dictionaries, visualization platforms and integration hubs are used to achieve these expected deliverables on projects.


  • Expert understanding of various methods for the documentation of data requirements; including decision and data models, data mapping, workflow diagrams, use cases, rapid prototyping, wireframes, UI specifications with ability to identify appropriate selection of tools to do same
  • Understanding of how virtualization and integration platforms are used and governed for security and efficiencies
  • Manage business rules repository
  • Create and revise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); thereby translating business requirements into functional specifications
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, user personas, task flows, data flows
  • Contribute to the BA Data Analysis team by identifying data and process efficiencies, driving the adoption of BA Data Analysis tools and contributing to continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with developers, technical teams and vendors to understand cloud technologies and requirements relevant for integration
  • This is a global role requiring regular work outside normal business hours to communicate with people in multiple time zones

Serving as a liaison to the following:

  • Business Sponsors and Stakeholders - maintains a close working relationship to elicit business requirements and discuss scoping decisions
  • Enterprise Architecture & Security - collaborates early on during business requirements to review business capabilities identification as well as taking into consideration the necessary internal security processes and procedures
  • Technology Teams - collaborates with all facets of technology throughout a project and to maintain consistent alignment with technology initiatives, strategy and compliance

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree information systems, computer science, data science/analytics, business management, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in a business analysis role creating BRDs and managing requirements, developing Use Cases, Personas, User journeys, Wireframes, Mock-ups, conducting data modelling and data mappings and process models
  • Business Analysis and/or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience and understanding of security and data integrations with Cloud applications
  • Experience with Denodo, Dell Boomi, Jupyter, Panda and/or Collibra desirable
  • Experience in a legal environment is highly desirable
  • Experience working for a Partnership is highly desirable
  • Global thinking and experience is preferred
  • Consulting experience is preferred
  • This role requires excellent communication skills with both team members and internal business constituents. The ideal candidate is comfortable mediating between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility with confidence
  • Extensive experience collecting and documenting data requirements, BRDs, Use Cases, Site Architecture, System Workflows, Wireframes, Visual Data Mapping, Data Modelling and Diagrams
  • Continued drive for excellence and high quality, despite frequent iterations, changes in priority, scope and stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft skills (i.e., Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of Visualization tools and know how to facilitate data driven decisions is highly desirable (e.g Power BI or Tableau)
  • Knowledge of SQL desirable
