The Proposal Production Supervisor will work with thee Global Client Pursuits Manager to develop proposals through the Support team, and to ensure that all compliance matrices are followed and proposal schedules are adhered to.
The supervisor's overall role is to provide frontline leadership and team oversight, provide guidance and support esp. in these key areas of bids management and proposal support: (1) Pitch material and RFP document production; (2) analysis and reporting; (3) resources maintenance, as well as to:
  • Develop customized, professional-quality proposals, responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
  • Work with the Manager to follow all proposal development steps including but not limited to: proposal outline, compliance matrix, proposal management plan, proposal kick-off meeting materials, storyboard and writing plans
  • Ensure development  of compliant, professionally produced proposals within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure that proposals developed are as per standardized marketing collateral materials, case studies and benchmarks within the Firm
  • Guide support teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice
  • Support innovation projects to successful completion and ensure adherence to performance standards and measures
  • Lead the development and execution of quality processes
  • Perform systematic quality assurance on complex, business critical and high-value projects (i.e. IKC proposals) to ensure output integrity and quality
  • Facilitate project post-mortem and RCA discussions
  • Manage content in the proposal automation software by liaising with document owners and working with Global Client Pursuits Infrastructure team and in-market BDMC teams for scheduled content review and update
  • Manage performance and talent development 
 Skills and Experience:
Effectiveness in this position requires:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing and communications
  • Solid experience in leading teams, planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence, interact and consult with business partners 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in organizing and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with peers and clients
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Using web-based and library resources for BD intelligence gathering                      
  • Ability to work with the time zones necessary for a global team (i.e. adjusted schedules) including weekend and public holiday coverage if necessary. Flexibility of varying shift schedules of 8 am - 5 pm, 9 am - 6 pm or 11 am - 8 pm. Current shift of need will be 11 am - 8 pm
