The San Francisco office of Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks an associate attorney for its Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice. The ideal candidate will have one to five years experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements, including in connection with transactions. The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Major law firm experience is a plus. We will also consider entry level candidates from top law schools with a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
