Partner, Baker & McKenzie LLP, New York, NY.  Manage banking and finance projects. Manage due diligence for complex transactions, including guiding junior associates and directing legal research for novel and material business issues. Attend client conferences and seminars. Advise on all legal aspects of domestic and cross-border banking and financing transactions.

Must have JD or foreign equivalent and 7 years of experience practicing as a debt finance lawyer at an international law firm. Must also have 5 years of experience: (i) leading leveraged finance transactions and other complex debt financing deals, and managing deal teams in negotiations, structuring,  and execution; (ii) representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and/or lenders in debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, senior and mezz, dividend and other recapitalizations and refinancings; and (iii) managing teams of at least 3 attorneys in executing transactions. Must also have 3 years of experience handling restructuring financing transactions and 1 year serving in the position of Counsel or Partner in a debt finance practice group at an international law firm. Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be admitted to the NY Bar and in good standing and active with New York Bar license. Salary range: $605,000 - $730,000 per year.
