In our Securities Practice, we represent issuers and investment banks in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, cross-border listings, private placements, debt, equity and equity-linked issues, corporate governance matters, and the securities law aspects of complex, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures involving public companies. Our clients and their transactions touch every major global industry including technology, financial services, manufacturing& engineering, oil & gas, consumer products, media, healthcare and many others.

We are seeking an associate attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience for the Transactional practice group. Candidates can be based in Chicago, New York or San Francisco/Palo Alto offices. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. They will also have substantial capital markets experience, including expertise in the areas of public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, IPOs,’34 Act advice, and corporate governance advice. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of IL, CA or NY bars to apply or eligible to sit / waive into bar in jurisdiction they will be practicing.
