Description
Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney with four (4) to seven (7) years' experience representing life sciences companies. Specific experience should include drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals, as well as other operational agreements for life sciences companies.
The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, communication and writing skills, and an ability and willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. Prior client facing experience and ability to interface with and manage client relationships with partners is preferred. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of that state's Bar in which office you are applying to. Please include a cover letter, transcripts, and resume with your application.

This position is bonus eligible and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits based on the number of hours worked. The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $310-420K annually when located in an office in the state of New York, California, Illinois, or Washington DC. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
