The Baker & McKenzie Diversity Fellowship is awarded to second-year (2L) law students who are committed to diversity within the legal community. Diversity Fellows are selected after an application process, and each Diversity Fellow receives USD10,000.

Please complete the application and submit the following documents:

A copy of your current résumé
A copy of your undergraduate transcript
A copy of your law school transcript
A personal statement, not to exceed 500 words, addressing both of the following:
  1. Explain how your academic and personal strengths have prepared you for a career in law
  2. Describe how your background and/or experiences would contribute to Baker McKenzie's mission of inclusion and diversity

The Baker & McKenzie Diversity Fellowship will only be awarded to individuals who receive an offer for a summer associate position.
