The Mexico City office of Baker & McKenzie seeks a Legal Secretary to join the Firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience with manage administrative functions, organize and schedule meetings, deal with incoming email, faxes, calls, etc., liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff. Prepare expense reports. Coordinate travel arrangements. File documents for easy storage and retrieval. Prepare correspondence and legal documents. Retrieve relevant documentation. Responsible for accounts and budgets. The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
