Description
The Recruitment Specialist will provide operational and functional expertise to deliver the Firm's end-to-end Recruitment processes; support the development, and improvement of Recruitment & Mobility procedures to achieve efficiency, quality, and enhanced employee and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day seamless operational support in delivering recruiting procedures –covering areas such as sourcing, screening, market scanning/intelligence, offer administration, due diligence, and pre-onboarding among others
- Partner with In-market and Expert teams to deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to Recruitment & Mobility service delivery
- Recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve processes while keeping the teams operationally compliant, adhering to SLAs and quality standards
- Support the Firm on global People programs around talent attraction and selection
- Provide insights and support in resolving issues within the processes
- Collaborate with People Systems & Analytics to maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of recruitment-related data
- Provide training to less experience members performing global end-to-end Recruitment & Mobility
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate manager from time to time
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Business Administration or other relevant courses, or equivalent work experience
- Good relevant experience in supporting delivery of recruitment processes and technologies
- In-depth understanding of recruitment principles particularly in the areas of sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Experience of process redesign and project management
- Skilled at gathering information using multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Experience in utilizing enterprise-wide Recruitment Management Systems such as SuccessFactors, viRecruit, PageUp, Taleo etc
- Experience working in a shared services/captive environment is preferable
