The Pricing Operations Manager will lead the Global Pricing Operations team in the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of the pricing elements of client agreements, in a sustainable and efficient way in order to reduce leakage.


Manage and coach the Global Pricing Operations team in the pricing process, including the review of client agreements, analysis of current set ups, and implementation of sustainable pricing set ups in SAP and the client’s ebilling systems
Develop and deploy process and technical solutions to support and streamline the end to end pricing operations process
Develop training materials for SAP and other pricing systems  that support the end to end pricing process 
Serve as the primary escalation contact for market and center personnel when guidance or issue resolution is required  
Manage the team's productivity, SLA, and KPIs
Collaborate with and support the Billing Operations Service Owner in relation to defining and rolling out the global pricing service 
Promote a highly professional and high performing culture across teams; act as a role model; identify opportunities allowing for employee growth and assist the team in achieving goals
Drive performance excellence with effective communication, performance management and employee recognition
Collaborate with Firm stakeholders to resolve specific issues, enhance operations, or implement new standards and processes

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, commerce, finance, liberal arts, or related courses 
Good experience in a billing role
General understanding of accounting or finance principles as well as the specific law firm or professional service accounting structure, environment and requirements
Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Confident to escalate and ask questions, especially when being asked to deviate from standard processes 
Knowledge and experience of financial systems (SAP preferred but not required)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including learning new skills when required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative
Flexibility to work a reasonable shifting requirement is required
