The PG/IG Admin Manager will manage the PG/IG Admin team in Buenos Aires Center and provide administrative support to the Firm's practice and industry groups in support of their strategic goals and activities.


  • With help from the team supervisor/s, responsible for daily oversight over the Buenos Aires PG/IG Administration team to ensure service objectives are successfully achieved, including resolution of service issues, management of workflow and tracking of team performance
  • Bear responsibility for overall team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and management evaluation
  • Provide regular updates on team operations and performance against SLAs to the PG/IG Admin Service Owner
  • Resolve substantive queries raised either by team members or service users and escalate where appropriate
  • Attending meetings with service stakeholder

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or related discipline
  • Strong experience in an admin management or related role supporting business development teams or senior leaders in a corporation
  • Good experience as a people manager
  • Experience working in an international organization a plus
  • Prior experience working in a virtual team setting preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
  • Strong organizational, relationship management and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated assertiveness, ability to prioritize and work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
