The Leadership and Learning Training Specialist - PMO will work with the wider Project Management Office (PMO) and functional leads to deliver best in class training to our business professionals in our centres of excellence and our practicing offices as part of a process, and technology change program.

Will also work with subject matter experts to develop and support training strategies including the creation and delivery of training materials.


  • Design, develop and deliver high quality service training content using blended learning
  • Work with Service Owners to conduct training needs analysis and help develop solutions to meet these needs
  • Work with the Leadership and Learning (L&L) Services team to schedule training, monitor attendance, collate and analyse feedback from participants
  • Work with the Technology Training Team to blend the delivery of technology and behavioural training as part of the overall change management strategy
  • Provide best in practice training advice and guidance across Professional Business Services (PBS) functions working with members of the L&L PBS team to consider appropriate learning solutions and design key learning interventions as required
  • Assist subject matter experts with the delivery of content/sessions as and when required in person and remotely utilising the Firm's webinar technology
  • Create fit for purpose training content within a short timeframe
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of training, using qualitative and quantitative measurements and data
  • Work independently on projects as the Project Management Office (PMO) Training Specialist providing advice and support to other teams in the business
  • Assist with ad hoc learning requests as necessary

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree focusing on Learning and Development, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Management or other related areas
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese
  • Confidence and proficiency in developing and delivering a range of face to-face and virtual training courses
  • Experience of designing and delivering effective training interventions such as face-to-face workshops, webinars, learning aids, participant and facilitator guides and other learning material
  • Demonstrated ability to take a lead in solving problems and driving results quickly. Experience managing projects and programs a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective at managing and communicating with a range of stakeholders from across the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior coaching experience will be useful but not essential
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services firm or in a firm undertaking major reorganisation of services
