The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to manage human-resource-related issues, act as an employee champion and change agent; identify and synthesize HR-related needs and recommend integrated solutions; adopt a responsive approach and deliver best practice HR solutions to become a trusted advisor within the business; formulate partnerships to collaborate across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the Firm's objectives.
This role will play an essential part in working with the BA Center leaders, Committees, and teams to ensure that the People agenda is at the forefront of what we do.



  • Identify and recommend integrated HR solutions to develop a culture of high performance, client centricity, and people-centric leadership
  • Support managers in delivering the people plan, developing teams, and managing performance in line with Firm policy
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Assess and recommend employee training and development needs based on business strategy to help close gaps between current and future skill sets support to Engagement & CSR Programs
  • Manage Internal Communications Plan
  • Provide support to monitor the effectiveness of HR programmes & initiatives to ensure the business can attract, develop & retain high performing colleagues
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to provide accurate, timely, practical advice on all HR & employee relations matters ensuring best practice processes are delivered which are in alignment with current employment laws
  • Support Managers in managing Employee Relations issues, ensuring they are dealt with both professionally, legally, and promptly
  • Advise on all HR policies and procedures, make or recommend appropriate decisions
  • Connect and engage with the different functions. Establish a trusting relationship, and work with them to support their growth from a Talent standpoint, based on their needs, aspirations, and targets
  • Develop a trusting relationship with employees in the center; identify and address, escalating as needed, areas of concern related to cultural, behavioral, or performance issues
  • Identify opportunities for developing a cohesive, engaging, and collaboration-based culture
  • Support the HRD on the development and maintenance of policies and procedures in a way that supports the culture
  • Collaborate with other Centers HR BP's to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices across the Centers
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong, relevant experience at the generalist level with a focus on Culture, Learning, and Engagement.
  • Ability to translate business goals into HR priorities
  • Ability to build and leverage effective relationships and influence decisions and behaviors through collaboration
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assimilate new information
  • independent judgment to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and change; shows personal commitment to embracing and adapting to change
  • Good coaching and counselling skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
