Skills and Experience Required
We are seeking a 3-4 year Corporate lawyer with expertise in the following areas:
- Regulated mergers & acquisitions
- Capital raisings
- Private negotiated mergers & acquisitions
- General corporate and commercial law matters
Ideally the candidate comes from a similar top tier firm environment, where they have developed strong technical, drafting and commercial skills. They should have a strong client service ethic and work well as part of a team. A strong academic background is essential, in addition to:
- High work standards
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship
- Strong service orientation
- Good communication skills
