Experience Required

The San Francisco/Palo Alto office of Baker McKenzie seeks an M&A associate attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience for its cross-border M&A and complex transaction practice. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. He/she must have a good understanding of general corporate and M&A principles and transaction structures as well as experience managing large dispersed teams. Candidate will reside in Palo Alto. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the CA Bar to apply.
