The apprenticeship

Apprentices will gain experience in a number of administration tasks such as diary management, conference call support, project administration, travel, expenses, website updates / maintenance, event support and internal newsletter campaigns.

In conjunction with Belfast Metropolitan College, you will gain Level 3 City & Guilds Business Administration qualification.


Previous experience is not required but applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Mathematics (ICT is desirable) and a grade C pass at A Level in any subject or equivalent qualification.

The Administration apprenticeship will commence in September 2021.

Please note that offers of employment to successful applicants are dependent upon the applicant securing a place on the Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 with Belfast Met. Securing a course place will involve meeting the entry criteria set by the college as well as the eligibility criteria set by the Department of Economy for the Apprenticeship NI programme.
