Responsibilities:
- Providing legal assistance in Corporate M&A projects (local, foreign and international projects)
- Monitoring legislation and legal research
- Drafting relevant legal documentation (memos, agreements, legal opinions, etc.)
- Participating in business development activities
Key expectations and criteria:
- Paralegal or junior attorney/associate with international or reputable Ukrainian law firm in Corporate M&A practice
- Master's degree in law from Ukrainian university (foreign LL.M. degree is a plus)
- Outstanding analytical and research skills
- Attention to details, pro-active and systematic approach
- High motivation to grow and learn
- Оpen-mindedness and collaborative attitude towards work and colleagues
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
