How your "Life with Baker" looks
Within our HR team, you will be responsible for all activities related to recruiting new colleagues (lawyers and non-lawyers), as well as employer branding. In addition, you will deal with the mobility programs for our employees. All of this well be in close cooperation with HR colleagues and special teams around the globe. What you bring along

  • Significant demonstrable recruiting experience in a professional services organization and/or large law firm
  • Strong track record in direct sourcing methodologies and delivery
  • Excellent written and oral communication, in both German and English; French is an advantage
  • Well-developed and sophisticated interpersonal, organizational, presentation and judgement skills as well as empathy in sensitive situations
  • At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, psychology or any related field
