How your "Life with Baker" looks like
You will support a team of lawyers in their day-to-day business; answer calls; be in constant contact with clients and authorities; draft sophisticated correspondence in English; coordinate appointments; create attractive presentations; organize meetings, conferences and flights; and much more. What you bring along

  • Basic commercial training or high school diploma
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position within a professional services organization and/or large law firm
  • Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office applications and SAP)
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English; German is an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized way of working
  • Quick comprehension

  • Team spirit
