The opportunity:
The Reporting Analyst will support the financial and non-financial reporting needs of the firm's internal and external clients, and to enable well-informed decision-making based on internal financial data.
The role holder will collaborate with colleagues across the globe and will provide support to a wide range of stakeholders, using business intelligence tools to develop and recommend high quality reporting solutions for business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide data in the form of reports and dashboards to assist with various Firm initiatives and processes, including billing and collections, FP&A activities, partner compensation, profitability, diversity and inclusion, and other areas of high priority
- Support data reporting and business intelligence needs of the business by communicating with In Market customers in our global offices and various business functions
- Test and validate standard reports and dashboards using multiple sources of data for various business processes
- Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and “clean” data, and review trends of bad data to identify problems with data capture, design, and architecture
- Continually seek new and innovative ways to provide value-added financial and non-financial reporting to senior leadership and colleagues around the Firm
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Create reports to provide analytical insights to stakeholders, where appropriate
- Deliver services to the end users within established SLAs
Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree focusing on Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other related areas. Relevant professional experience will also be considered
- Experience in corporate financial reporting or professional services reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and expert-level skills in Excel
- Hands-on experience in using SAP, Business Objects Intelligence Tools, Tableau, PowerBI, or other analytics/visualization tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exemplary quality standards
- Proactive and motivated approach with good organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others
