The opportunity:
The Global HR Operations Coordinator (contract) will implement delivery of the Firm's end-to-end Global HR Operations processes related to Performance Management, to achieve efficiency, quality, and enhanced employee experience leveraging relevant technology platforms.

About the role:
As part of this role, the successful candidate will:
Responsibilities:
- Maintains our Performance Management System and completes day-to-day tasks related to Performance Management Administration in adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Collaborates with the Manager in developing, evaluating, and implementing initiatives and projects related to Performance Management
- Collaborates with our internal partners that include team members within, but not limited to, IT, People, and local Talent Managers in solving complex issues related to Performance Management Administration
- Escalates and collaborates with Performance Management Specialists in resolving issues related to Performance Management.
- Facilitates Performance Management Processes for BPPS and non-Principals
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant courses, or equivalent work experience
- Some experience in SuccessFactors Administration is a must (preferably its Performance/Talent Management Module)
- Experience working in the Shared Services or BPO industry
- Exposure to project advantage will be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Able to work with a virtual team
- Preferred competencies: Strong Learning Agility, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking and Stakeholder Management
