The opportunity:
The Treasury Manager will contribute to the Firm’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. The role holder will oversee all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, which includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the cash forecasting process.

About the role:
As part of this role, the successful candidate will:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all central cash activities including wires, ACH transfers, bank account reconciliations, and managing account sweeps for U.S., and international funding requirements to determine the proper amount of funding and related sourcing of funds (e.g. deciding which entity is responsible for funding)
- Based on daily cash needs, determine and action daily borrowing activities (e.g., ABR vs SOFR), investment positions (e.g., money market vs CD), and foreign exchange transfers (decide which bank to trade with)
- Assists in managing and maintaining the company’s banking infrastructure, including bank relationships
- Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes
- Assists in managing the Firm's quarterly & annual hedging program
- Maintains the Firm Partner Capital Loan program
- Assists in preparing and managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities related to treasury
- Maintain Treasury Manual and ensure all processes are fully documented and updated as needed
- Monitor investment activities to ensure compliance with investment policy and prepare monthly investment reports
- Work with various bank relationship managers to ensure current processes are in line with industry standards
- Research and resolve treasury-related issues and assist and provide guidance to offices when required
- Open/close US and international bank accounts as needed in a timely and authorized manner in line with the Firm banking strategy
- Maintain bank account documentation (KYC) and ensure authorized signers are current and valid
- Prepare and consolidate daily/weekly Firm reporting of all bank balances, borrowings, investments, and cash forecasting
- Take an active role in researching and recommending global treasury process efficiencies and improvements in industry cash management practices
- Provide assistance on special projects in relation to the treasury function

Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor degree is required in Finance or Accounting
- Strong preference for Accounting experience
- Some treasury experience (desirable not essential)
- Some supervisory experience required
- Self-motivated, flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy
- Have the willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Advanced skills in Excel and intermediate skills in all other Microsoft Office Suite applications
